Its most notable feature is a Renaissance portal echoing that of the former Protestant faculty of theology in Puylaurens, along with a wrought-iron gate bearing the initials GL. The park holds the grave of a cavalry officer wounded at the Battle of Minden, known as the knight with the silver skull.
