> Bien qu'il n'existe que peu de documents, le château est vraisemblablement une maison noble remontant au Moyen-Age. Il s'agit d'une demeure caractéristique de la deuxième moitié du 18ème siècle, avec un soubassement supportant un rez-de-chaussée surélevé et un comble en surcroît. Deux ailes basses lui ont été adjointes et sa partie centrale exhaussée au 19ème siècle afin de la nantir d'un pavillon dominant son élévation principale.
